- One account for your firm. Each person you support gets their own dossier under your account, without a login of their own. You open the dossier and work in it, documents stay cleanly separated.
- Suitable jobs every morning. For each dossier Bewerbino searches every working day on jobs.ch, in the Job-Room of arbeit.swiss, on cantonal portals and on company websites. At six the result is ready, before the first coaching session of the day.
- Match in percent, with reasons. Every match carries a number and the reasons behind it: occupation, workload, education, languages, distance to the workplace. In the session you both see at once which job is worth it.
- Simply upload documents. CV, references and diplomas as PDF or photo. Bewerbino sorts every document by its content and builds a search profile with job titles, skills and proven experience.
- The cover letter is ready. For every job there is a cover letter based on the real documents instead of empty phrases. What is not proven is not claimed. You review it together, edit and approve.
- Also companies without a posted job. Bewerbino looks for companies in the right industry in the chosen area, finds the responsible contact on the company website and prepares an unsolicited application. No invented addresses, only published ones.
- Bewerbino learns. What you dismiss does not come back. Company, job title or both: every rejection makes the next suggestion more precise.
How a mandate runs
Four steps. The time-consuming part is Bewerbino’s.
- On day one. You upload CV and references and set the region and the type of job wanted. Bewerbino reads the rest from the documents.
- From the next morning. Every working day at six, new jobs are waiting in the dossier, sorted by match and linked to the original ad.
- In the coaching session. You go through the matches together. What fits gets a cover letter. What does not, you dismiss with one click.
- Until the new job. Bewerbino keeps searching until you close the dossier. The freed place goes to the next person.
Individual setup
We set up the following points individually with you. They are included in the price, not an extra item:
- Letters in the name of your firm. Cover letter and application file with your logo, matched to how you represent your clients.
- Sending from your address. On request, applications go out from your own email address, so replies reach you directly.
- Report for the client company. Per mandate an overview of jobs found, applications sent and interview invitations, as the basis for your report to the company.
- Personal onboarding. We set everything up with you and go through a real mandate together, so the first day is a working day, not a training day.
Your data
- Swiss provider. Bewerbino is a service of GetLeedz GmbH, Binningen BL, and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
- No training on client data. Your clients’ documents are used only for their job search. They are not sold and not used to train language models.
- Nothing goes out without approval. Bewerbino prepares but sends nothing on its own. Every application needs your approval.
- Data processing agreement. Before the start we sign a data processing agreement with you. That gives you a clear answer towards the client company too.

Does Bewerbino replace the consulting?
No. Bewerbino takes over reading ads, pre-sorting and first drafts. Taking stock, coaching and interview preparation stay with you, and you gain time for them.
How many people can I support at once?
Up to 10 in the base package, up to 20 in the larger one. When a mandate is closed, the place frees up. For larger programmes we calculate a suitable package.
Does Bewerbino send anything without approval?
No. Bewerbino prepares, you approve. If a company requires applications through its own portal, Bewerbino follows that.
How long am I committed?
One month. Bewerbino has to be worth it again every month, that is the standard.
