Terms and conditions

Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Provider and scope

These terms and conditions govern the use of Bewerbino (bewerbino.com), a service of GetLeedz GmbH, Walter Fürst-Str. 1, 4102 Binningen (“we”). By using the service, you accept these terms.

You may use Bewerbino from the age of 15. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your parents or legal guardian, and you may only buy credits with their consent.

2. Service

Bewerbino searches for matching jobs, creates a cover letter for each approved job and, at your request, sends it to employers together with your CV and your other documents. You provide your CV yourself, Bewerbino does not create one. We do not guarantee any outcome, neither a job interview nor employment.

3. Credits and prices

1 credit = CHF 1.60. The job search costs 4 credits (CHF 6.40) per job found and delivered; if Bewerbino finds nothing suitable, nothing is charged. A cover letter costs 1 credit (CHF 1.60) and is only charged if it is created successfully; this credit covers up to five versions of the same application, only the sixth is charged again. Search and cover letter together come to CHF 8 for a complete application. Sending an application to the employer is free. The RAV job search form costs 1 credit per line entered. Credits are purchased via Stripe and added once payment is received; charges are made exclusively for services actually provided, and nothing is charged in the event of a technical error.

The starter credits are granted exactly once per person and email address. Anyone who closes their account and later signs up again with the same address will not receive them again.

4. Your obligations

You provide truthful information, use only your own documents and check the documents created before they are sent. Misuse is prohibited.

One account per person is allowed. It is not permitted to run several accounts or use several email addresses, for example to receive the starter credits more than once. In the event of a breach, we may block your account.

5. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for the content of automatically created documents or for the success of applications.

6. Refunds and validity of credits

Credits already charged for a service provided are non-refundable. Unused credits never expire and remain valid on your account without time limit until you use them. However, cash payment or refund of unused credits is excluded, including upon termination or deletion of the account.

7. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of GetLeedz GmbH (Binningen BL), to the extent permitted by law.
