What Bewerbino does for you today

  • Matching jobs every morning. For every profile you store, Bewerbino searches jobs.ch, the Job-Room of arbeit.swiss and cantonal portals every working day. By six o’clock, the results are ready, not only after your own research.
  • Fit as a percentage, with reasons. Every match carries a number and the reasons behind it: occupation, workload, type of employment, education, languages, distance to the workplace. You see in seconds whether the call is worth making, instead of reading an ad to the end.
  • Simply upload documents. CV, reference letters and diplomas as a PDF or photo. Bewerbino reads them, sorts each document by its content and builds a search profile with job titles, skills and proven experience.
  • The outreach is ready to go. For every match, a cover letter is created that relies on the documents rather than on empty phrases. Our own business development experience is built into Bewerbino and shows in the texts. You review, edit and approve.
  • Companies without an advertised job, too. Bewerbino looks for businesses in the right sector within the desired area, finds the responsible contact person on the company website and prepares an unsolicited application. No invented addresses, only published ones.
  • The ad’s route is respected. If a company requires its own application portal, Bewerbino follows it. Your candidate lands where the company actually selects, and does not stand out as someone emailing around the process.
  • Bewerbino learns from your decisions. What you dismiss does not come back. Company, job title or both: every rejection makes the next suggestion more precise. Your digital team member gets better trained every week.

What your working day looks like

Four steps, that is all. The time-consuming part happens before the first one.

  • Six o’clock. Bewerbino has searched, compared and rated. The matches are ready and sorted, each with a percentage, reasons and a link to the original ad.
  • Eight o’clock. You skim the list. What does not fit, you click away, and Bewerbino remembers it. What fits, you open.
  • Two minutes later. The cover letter is already there. You review it, add the sentence only you can write, and approve.
  • The rest of the day. Hold conversations. That is exactly why you chose this profession.

What we build for you

So that Bewerbino works not just for individual profiles but for your entire pool, we set it up together with you. This is included in the price, not an extra:

  • Your profiles come across. We transfer your existing candidate pool into Bewerbino, tailored to the software you use today. Your data remains your data.
  • Client vacancy against your pool. When a new search mandate comes in, Bewerbino compares the requirements with your stored profiles and ranks them by fit. Even a file that has been dormant for months suddenly rises to the top.
  • Connection requests for professional networks. Alongside the email, a short request that actually gets accepted on a professional network. You decide who receives it.
  • Trained in your style. We tailor the language and structure of the texts to the way you place candidates. A cover letter that sounds like a template is a wasted opportunity.
  • Personal onboarding. We set everything up with you and go through it together on a real case, so that day one is a working day, not a training day.

Your data

  • Swiss provider. Bewerbino is a service of GetLeedz GmbH, Binningen BL, and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
  • No training with your profiles. Your candidates’ documents are used exclusively for their placement. They are not sold and not used to train language models.
  • Nothing goes out without your approval. Bewerbino prepares, but sends nothing on its own. There is no button that emails your pool or your clients without you having pressed it.
  • Data processing agreement. Before we start, we conclude a data processing agreement with you. Your clients may ask how you handle candidate data, and you should have a good answer.

What does “digital team member” mean in practice?

Bewerbino takes on the work you would otherwise have to hire someone for: searching, comparing, rating, writing. It works every working day from six o’clock, never calls in sick and costs less than one working day per month. What it does not do is decide. That stays with you.

How do my existing candidates get into Bewerbino?

We are currently building this transfer and set it up with you, tailored to the software you use today. It is included in the price. In the initial meeting, we show you the current state.

Is the fit really shown as a percentage?

Yes, for every job found, with the criteria that led to it alongside. Matching your open client vacancies against your entire candidate pool is the part we set up with you. In the meeting, we show you live where we stand today.

How good are the texts really?

They rely on the real documents: on career stages, on wording from reference letters, on proven skills. What is not backed up is not claimed. And you review every text before it reaches anyone. The best way to judge is with one of your own cases in the initial meeting.

Does Bewerbino send anything without me?

No. Bewerbino prepares, you approve. There is no button that emails your candidates or clients without your decision.

Does Bewerbino replace my judgement?

Quite the opposite. It clears away the hours you spend reading ads and typing cover letters, and gives them back to you for conversations. Your network and your people skills are what you sell. Bewerbino makes sure more of your time goes into them.

How long am I tied in?

One month. Bewerbino has to prove its worth every month, that is our standard.
