How Bewerbino works
Bewerbino takes on the legwork of the job search. You keep the decisions and use the time you save for what only you can do: keep learning and present yourself convincingly in interviews.
What Bewerbino takes on
- · Reading your documents: sorts your CV, reference letters and diplomas by their content and builds your search profile from them.
- · Reading job ads: searches jobs.ch, the Job-Room of arbeit.swiss, cantonal portals and, for teachers, school portals.
- · Matching: checks workload, region, languages, education and your exclusions, and shows you which criteria a job meets.
- · Following the application route: if the ad asks for the company’s portal, Bewerbino sticks to it and prepares your documents for upload.
- · Writing a draft: one cover letter per job, based on your documents and the requirements in the ad.
- · Keeping the form: enters the applications you select into the official form (1 credit per line).
What stays with you
- · Deciding: which job suits you and which you dismiss.
- · Checking and approving: reading every draft, adjusting it and only then sending it.
- · Learning: investing the time you save in further training.
- · Presenting yourself: convincing them in the interview. Bewerbino doesn’t do that, and that’s a good thing.
