- Documents are read, not filed. CV, reference letters and diplomas as a PDF or photo. Bewerbino recognises each document by its content, not by its file name, and extracts occupation, experience, education, languages and proven skills.
- Proven rather than claimed. What a reference letter actually says counts for more than an adjective in a CV. Bewerbino records which employer confirmed which skill. That is exactly the question you would ask in the interview anyway.
- Everything in one place. Profile, documents and status are kept together. No more searching the inbox, no file on the desktop of someone who happens to be on holiday.
- Neatly prepared application files. Cover letter, CV and the relevant reference letters arrive in order. What does not belong in an application, Bewerbino sorts out beforehand.
What we build for you
We set up the following part together with the first businesses, tailored to your processes:
- Your open position as the benchmark. You enter the position once. Every new application is compared against it and receives a percentage with the criteria behind it: occupation, workload, education, languages, commute.
- Applications come straight in. A dedicated address for your position, so that applications land in the right file by themselves instead of in a shared inbox.
- Replies in your tone. Invitation, interim reply and rejection as drafts, worded politely and with commitment, so you can reply the same day. A good rejection is employer branding.
- Several positions side by side. If someone does not fit one position but does fit another open one, you see it immediately.
Your data
- Swiss provider. Bewerbino is a service of GetLeedz GmbH, Binningen BL, and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
- No training with applicant data. Documents are used exclusively for the respective hiring process, are not sold and are not used to train language models.
- Nothing goes out without your approval. Every reply to an applicant remains a draft until you approve it.
- Data processing agreement. Before we start, we conclude a data processing agreement with you.

How is this different from an applicant tracking system?
Such a system manages what comes in. Bewerbino reads it: it understands the documents and records what is proven. We build the match against your position and the draft replies with you. You are not buying a filing cabinet, but the work done on it.
Do we need to install anything or train anyone?
No. Bewerbino runs in the browser, and we set it up with you. Anyone who can drag a file into a field can work with it.
How quickly do we get results?
An uploaded application is read and classified within minutes. How quickly good profiles come in depends on the occupation and the region; we look at that in the initial meeting using your specific position.
Is our data stored in compliance with the FADP?
Yes. Bewerbino is a Swiss service of GetLeedz GmbH, complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and concludes a data processing agreement with you.
Does Bewerbino decide whom we hire?
No, and it should not. It prepares the basis for the decision and makes it transparent. Whom you invite and whom you hire is your decision.
