Job seekers are expected to run their own search. In practice, they lose many hours reading job ads and adapting their documents: time that is then missing for further training, coaching and preparing for job interviews. Bewerbino takes on exactly this mechanical part. Checking, deciding, approving and presenting oneself remain with the job seeker. Digital support thus becomes activation, not a handing over of responsibility.

- Job search with reasons. Bewerbino matches job ads from jobs.ch, the Job-Room of arbeit.swiss and cantonal job portals against the profile. Every suggested job shows which criteria it meets and links to the original ad.
- Companies without a vacancy, too. If places remain open, Bewerbino looks for businesses in the right sector within the chosen area, along with the responsible contact person on their website. A job search thus also becomes an unsolicited application, without anyone inventing an address.
- Drafts, not a finished hand-off. Cover letters are created as drafts based on the real documents. The person checks and edits them and approves every application themselves. Without approval, nothing leaves the platform.
- The ad’s application route applies. If a company requires applications through its own portal, Bewerbino follows that and prepares the documents for upload. No addresses are guessed and no mass emails are sent.
- Job search efforts documented transparently. The selected applications are turned into the official SECO form 716.007 with date, company, job and type of application. The job seeker checks and signs it.
- Easy to get started. Documents can be uploaded as a photo from a phone or as a combined PDF. Bewerbino sorts CV, reference letters and diplomas by their content and fills in missing details in the profile.
- The search keeps learning. If the person dismisses a company or a job title, Bewerbino stops suggesting it. Every decision makes the next search more precise.
What we build with you in the pilot
Today, each person works with their own account. For use within an organisation, we are developing the following functions together with the first pilot partners, tailored to your processes:
- Team account. Central management of client accounts, with separate access for coach and client.
- Shared budget. One credit budget for the organisation, with limits per person.
- Roles and permissions. Invitations, exits and suspensions, with clear rules on who sees which data.
- Review by the coach. On request, the coach sees an application before it is sent.
- Fit at a glance. For the people you support: which open job fits which profile, with a percentage and the reasons behind it. A coach can see in seconds where a conversation is worthwhile.
- Overview and impact. Applications, responses and interview invitations, per person and for the whole programme.
Data protection and data storage
- Swiss provider. Bewerbino is a service of GetLeedz GmbH, Binningen BL, and complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
- No training with client data. CVs and reference letters are used exclusively for the job search and applications of the person concerned. They are not sold and not used to train language models.
- Protected storage. Documents are kept in private storage that only the respective account can access. A company only receives documents via a personal link to the application file, which expires after 90 days.
- Deletion. When an account is closed, documents, created files and profile data are deleted. Booking records are kept where the law requires it.
- Transparent data flows. Database and storage in the EU, email delivery in Switzerland, text generation in the USA with recognised safeguards. Details in the privacy policy, the full list of service providers in the initial meeting.
- Data processing agreement. Before a pilot starts, we conclude a data processing agreement with your organisation.

Frequently asked questions
Does Bewerbino replace counselling?
No. Bewerbino takes care of reading job ads, pre-sorting and first drafts. Counselling, coaching and interview preparation remain your team’s job, and it gains time for exactly that.
How does Bewerbino promote self-reliance?
Every application needs the job seeker’s approval. They check the suggested jobs, edit their drafts and sign their job search record themselves. Bewerbino makes the search more efficient, not more passive.
Are applications sent automatically?
No. No application leaves the platform without explicit approval, and the application route required by the job ad is followed.
Does Bewerbino fill in the official record?
Yes, the SECO form 716.007, from the applications the person selects. They check and sign it themselves.
How is a pilot structured?
